I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas & New Year celebration! We enjoyed participating in our special Christmas Cowboy Church service, having our house full of family on Christmas Eve. and enjoyed spending Christmas Day at the ranch. Although being home on Christmas Day was not the original plan, the weather had a better idea. But for us, It was all good. It gave us time to slow down, relax & have time to reflect on everything we have to be thankful for. After Chores, all our stock was happy for the day. Everyone had their hay & feed in front of them, over half of the horses were in their winter blankets, the chickens resting under their heat lamp, dogs nestled in their beds and a pile of barn cats in the large doghouse freshly bedded with hay.

Life is Good. How can you beat that?

We look toward spring with the flowers blooming, green grass, foals on the ground and the sunshine on our backs as we exercise our horses in the field. Have a Great 2010!
